This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber, plastic model products and non model products. It can also be used in laboratory and Research Institute for pressing test piece.
The structure of curing press is column structure, and the pressing form is down pressing type.
This machine is equipped with ycb-25 / 4 double pump, which is directly driven by the motor. The motor is started by magnetic starter and equipped with thermal relay for overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or fails, it will stop automatically.
The machine is equipped with four heat guide plates in the middle. This machine adopts tubular electric heating element for heating, without boiler, reducing air pollution, keeping workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. It can be used alone and convenient for users. There is an oil tank in the lower left corner of the machine, which is filled with oil. The oil supply pump is used for circulating work. It is recommended to use N32 ? or n46 ? hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered through 100 mesh / 25 × 25 filter screen before being injected into the oil tank. Keep the oil clean and do not mix with impurities.

The operating handle on the control valve can control the flow direction of pressure oil. Before the equipment is used, the oil tank should be filled with filtered pure oil. There is an oil filling hole on the oil tank, and the oil filling height is according to the oil level.
Before normal use of the equipment, it is necessary to run the equipment by air. Before commissioning, check whether the connection parts are loose and whether the pipelines are firm. The specific requirements for commissioning are as follows:
1. Pull down the control valve handle, open the control valve, start the oil pump, let the oil pump idle for 10 minutes, and the sound is normal before no-load operation.
2. Pull up the handle, close the control valve, and let the hydraulic oil with certain pressure enter the oil cylinder to make the plunger rise until the hot plate is closed.

Electrical system description
1. General description:
The machine adopts 380V, 50 Hz three-phase four wire power supply, internal controller is 220 V, and the electrical control circuit is equipped with short circuit, overload and other safety protection devices,
2. Temperature control:
The heating element of the electric heating system is 0.5KW, 110V tubular resistance heater, which is installed in the hot plate for heating. The temperature of BT1 and BT3 are respectively controlled by three sets of thermal plate. After the heating switch SA3 is closed, the temperature regulator is powered on and works to control the AC contactors km2, KM3 and km4 respectively, so that the heaters of each hot plate are electrified and heated. When the hot plate temperature rises to the set temperature, the temperature regulator can control the heater to cut off power automatically and keep constant temperature automatically. The heating temperature can be adjusted separately to meet the process requirements of different rubber products.
3. Control system:
Switch on the switch QS, the power indicator HL1 is on, press the button SB2, AC contactor KM1 suction and self-locking, the oil pump motor M is powered on to run, and the mold closing rises. At this time, because KM1 normally open point 13-19 is closed, ka2 is powered on and self-locking, its normally open point 7-9 is closed, and the power supply of the stage electric contact piezometer SP is closed. When the pressure of ka9-km1 contactor is normally closed, when the pressure of ka9-km1 is normally closed, the pressure of the motor is normally open. At this time, the KT time relay starts timing, KT acts after a certain time delay, and the normally open point 1-23 of the delayed closing is closed, and the alarm HA is powered on to give an alarm. When the vulcanization time is up, press the emergency stop button SB1 to open the mold. The machine has the function of automatic pressure compensation. When the pressure drops to the specified value, the electric contact pressure gauge 9-13 is closed, the AC contactor KM1 is closed, its normally open point 13-19 is closed and powered on, and the oil pump motor is powered on. When the pressure is added to the vulcanization pressure, 9-11 is reconnected and the oil pump stops running. In this way, make-up pressure is realized repeatedly.
4. Precautions:
1. Before the test run, check the wiring condition, whether each terminal is firm and reliable, and whether the motor running direction meets the requirements.
2. All electrical equipment shall be properly grounded and reliably connected to the earth with conductors of more than 2.5 square meters.
3. Check the contacts of all electrical components, and replace or repair them in time if they are damaged.
4. For the maintenance of temperature indicator regulator, please refer to the manual of temperature indicator regulator.
5. When using or changing the process for the first time, set the vulcanization pressure (upper limit needle of electric contact pressure gauge and specified pressure drop (lower limit needle of pressure gauge) and vulcanization time.
Maintenance and precautions
Before using the plate curing machine, carefully check whether all parts are firmly connected, especially tighten the nuts on the column shaft, and check whether the electrical wiring is correct. In addition to cleaning the equipment appearance regularly, the column guide frame should be filled with oil frequently to maintain good lubrication.
The working oil in the oil tank should be filtered every three months. For this purpose, impurities in the oil can be removed. After the oil has been used for one year, the new oil should be replaced. The control valve and valve seat should be removed at least once a year for fine grinding.
How to replace the sealing ring
When the seal ring of the cylinder plunger is used or damaged, and cannot meet the sealing requirements, it must be renewed. To this end, the lifting plate can be raised to * height, and the wood block and other objects are used to pad it to prevent it from falling. Loosen the fixed screw on the lifting plate, turn the handle, open the oil drain port to separate the plunger from the lifting platform, loosen the flange nut, take out the flange from the gap between the plunger and the lifting plate, close the oil return valve, continue to start the oil pump, and the plunger moves upward Take out the sealing ring from the oil cylinder and replace it with a new one. *After that, install it as it is.
